烏克蘭今天指控，俄羅斯違反停火協議，空襲烏國南部港市馬立波（Mariupol）的兒童醫院，以砲擊阻止平民撤離，挾當地40萬居民為人質。

烏克蘭外交部長庫列巴（Dmytro Kuleba）推文指出，馬立波市有近3000名新生兒缺乏藥物及糧食，俄國繼續阻止人道援助和撤離工作，持續無差別砲擊，挾逾40萬居民為人質。

地方首長基里蘭科（Pavlo Kyrylenko）也指控，在俄國空襲馬立波期間，一間市中心的婦產科醫院、一個兒童病房和內科部門遭到摧毀。

路透社報導，馬立波居民躲在地底下，面臨俄國無情的轟炸，無法取得食物、水、電力或熱能。紅十字國際委員會（ICRC）形容，當地情況有如「世界末日」。
